The Board of Directors at Madison Park Homeowners Association (HOA) meeting will be held on Monday, May 19th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Residents are welcome to attend.

The meeting will be held in the conference room located at 4740 S Jackson Road in Edinburg, TX

· CCR Section 9 ("Signs"): Discussion regarding the interpretation and potential application of Section 9 of our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

· Gate Access Procedures: Rules and procedures for gate openings during open houses and special events.

· Notice of elections/positions up for re-election

· Annual Meeting Date - Thursday, June 12th, 6:30 pm -7:30 pm 

- Items on the agenda for the annual meeting include voting on the HOA dues increase

· Getting input from the Board of Directors on agenda items for the annual meeting

· Set a tentative date for the Third Quarter Board of Directors Meeting

· Set a tentative date for the fall community garage sale

· Set a tentative date for the Halloween Block Party
